Information to Include
When contacting support, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- Your name
- Your agency or organization
- Your email address
- The device you are using
- Whether you are using iOS, Android, macOS, or web
- The approximate time the issue occurred
- A description of the problem
- Screenshots, if appropriate
- Any error message shown in the app or website
Please do not email sensitive incident details, protected health information, criminal justice information, passwords, access tokens, or other regulated information unless specifically instructed through an approved support process.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion through the in-app Delete Account option where available.
You may also request account deletion or account support by contacting info@responderrms.com.
Some records may be controlled by the agency, department, municipality, company, or organization associated with the account. In those cases, ResponderRMS may direct the user to the appropriate agency administrator or may retain certain records as required for legal, security, operational, audit, or compliance purposes.
Emergency Use Notice
ResponderRMS support is not an emergency dispatch center, 911 service, PSAP, or emergency communications provider.
Do not use this support page, email, website, app, or contact method to report an emergency or request emergency assistance. For emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Service Status and Outages
If you believe ResponderRMS is unavailable, delayed, or not functioning correctly, agencies and users should immediately follow their own backup dispatch, communications, notification, accountability, and records procedures.
ResponderRMS is intended to support agency operations, but it must not be used as the sole method of dispatching, alerting, tracking, communicating, or managing emergency response activity.
